CANCELLATION POLICY
The total amount will be paid directly at the accommodation. A credit card is required to make the reservation.
- Cancellation up to 5 days before arrival: free of charge
- Cancellation from 4 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount
- Cancellation from 2 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking amount
- Late arrival, no-show, or early departure: 100% of the total booking amount
In case of cancellation, the amount will be charged to the provided credit card. The cancellation fee may be used as credit for a future stay within one year (room and rate based on period and availability). The stay can only be postponed once.
