CANCELLATION POLICY
There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the Consumer Protection Code – nevertheless we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
- Cancellation up to 7 days before the booked arrival date: only the deposit will be retained.
- Cancellation from 6 days before the booked date of arrival: In addition to the deposit, 20% of the agreed total amount will be charged.
- In case of early departure or late arrival: 70% of the agreed daily rate per unused day.
- In case of no-show: 70% of the agreed total price.
- The deposit of 30% paid in advance at the time of booking will always be retained.
