Lasser Crossing Meeting artists
Three artists from Germany visited us from the beginning to the middle of November as part of the residency project.
The artists Veronika Günther, Katrín Agnes Klar and Lukas Kindermann were our first ‘artists-in-residence’ and spent their stay familiarising themselves with the house, its history and its architecture. They also explored, researched and hiked around Brixen and the surrounding area. In the meantime, possible ideas for a new artistic work for the Lasserhaus were developed.

In our restaurant ‘Alter Schlachthof ‘, we use as many products as possible from local farmers and selected suppliers in the immediate vicinity. This applies to South Tyrolean classics as well as excursions into international cuisine.
