Since its redesign from a private residence to an art hotel, the historic Lasserhaus now has seven rooms, three suites and a cosy breakfast room, spread over two spacious floors.

The Arthotel Lasserhaus combines art and hospitality. Our reception is at your disposal to make your stay comfortable and inspiring.
Directions and CHECK-IN
Arrival: The Lasserhaus is located at Stuflergasse 10, about a 20-minute walk from the train station and 10 minutes from the bus station. The closest bus stops are ‘Adlerbrücke’ or ‘Abzweigung Elvas’. You can plan your journey by public transport HERE.
For check-in you can drive directly to the hotel and park for max. 15 minutes for loading/unloading.

Check-out: until 10.30am
Late check-out possible subject to availability and with surcharge.
Parking possibilities: On request, we will reserve a parking space for you in our private “Viertel Garage” at €25/day for cars or €12.50/day for motorbikes. Please let us know when booking if you would like to use this option. Our Viertel Garage is located at Obere Schutzengelgasse 26/A, approx. 200m from the hotel. Alternatives: Public parking garage Stufels, Cesare-Battisti Street or public car park Priel/Acquarena.

Start your day with a varied breakfast made from fresh, regional products. Whether savoury, sweet or healthy – we have something for every taste!
You can enjoy breakfast daily from 7-10am in our Viertel Bar in the Boutique Hotel Badhaus, just a few minutes’ walk from Lasserhaus.
Pure relaxation - your time out in the sauna
Our small sauna in the charming old building is a true pearl of relaxation. Enjoy the soothing warmth and unique atmosphere of this special retreat. Perfect for calming your body and mind.
On the 1st floor you will find our small but cosy finnish sauna with whirlpool, open daily from 2-7pm. In the bathing bag that we provide for our guests, you will find everything you need for your ‘time out’: bathrobe, towels and slippers. For those who want more: ask at our reception for our ‘Acquarena packages’ for use of the pools, sauna or gym.
For tailored relaxation and well-being, we offer unforgettable vitality massages with an experienced massage therapist who combines extensive knowledge with a holistic approach. By appointment. Book your appointment before your stay.
You will receive the BrixenCard at our reception when you check in. Enjoy numerous benefits, such as free use of public transportation throughout South Tyrol, free entry to three Bressanone museums (Hofburg, Pharmacy Museum, Neustift Monastery), and many other activities and services.
From May 24 to October 19, 2025, a return ride on the cable car to Bressanone’s local mountain is included. A fascinating experience for all who love sports and relaxation. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites. The guest card is valid from the day of arrival until the day of departure.
In our wine cellar you will find a selection of South Tyrolean wines and sparkling wines.
